About Fitness At your best

As a working mom with two teenage daughters I understand how difficult it is to make time for your workout. I wanted to create an online fitness program that makes fitness and health accessible, fun, individualized and motivating. That is why I created this fitness program where you can achieve your fitness goals, in a warm, supportive environment and be your Best Fitness Self!

 

After dancing with a dance company in South Africa, I moved to the USA to attend The Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase to obtain my BFA. After graduating, I began to audition for shows; this is where my fitness journey began. The constant stop and start of auditioning was grueling with a lot of pressure to maintain your weight and your dance stamina, yet you also spend a lot of time waiting around.

  

I had to figure out a way to stay strong and healthy and so began my deeper exploration of fitness. After getting certified as a personal trainer and spending many years in high end New York City gyms, training a variety of people with many diverse goals, I started to connect to the exercises and movements that I believe create the best results.


I started to hone in on the method I found most successful to create a sculpted, lean body no matter what your size or shape.  Soon, fitness became my love and my passion became helping people achieve their health goals. Thereafter, I ventured out to have my own personal training practice.


As life progressed, I got married and had two beautiful daughters. Life became crazy and busy and as a working mom I had to work on keeping up with my own personal fitness goals, help clients keep their goals and be there for my family. That is what led me to create a program that is as easy as 1-2-3. A program to give you that sculpted, toned, healthy body with a community of like-minded people… but all on your terms.

Cardio workouts are fun and easy to follow. These workouts are designed to get your heart rate up, burn fat and get your body moving in all directions. The choreography and shifting of body weight keeps your mind alert and engages your core as you move around. Movements are easy to follow and repeat often so anyone can do them. Cardio workouts build stamina and co-ordination no matter what level you are.  There are both low and high impact options.

Using equipment and body weight, these workouts are designed to build lean muscle and sculpt the entire body. With resistance-based exercises, these workouts burn into the muscles to create strength and length and increase the body’s lean muscle mass to create a tailored defined look. By increasing lean body mass, your body may increase metabolism and be more efficient at burning fat, even at rest. All exercises are carefully chosen to gain strength yet have a long lean look, no matter what your body type.

Floor workouts are the ultimate toning workout, providing a non-impact approach to working on areas that you may want to fine tune. Being on the floor allows us to go deep into areas without any impact, using calculated, flowing repetition and resistance to work on creating lots of length and tone throughout the entire body. Small but mighty moves challenge the body to build long lean lines.

Our Workouts

The ultimate full body workout that you can customize to fit into your schedule while achieving all your fitness goals. Each workout is carefully structured to work on its own or to be combined into longer workout. You can use single videos or create longer interval workouts by combining videos on your own or by using my recommendations. Each video has been carefully choreographed and each exercise specifically chosen to create long lean muscles to help you achieve your healthiest, fittest body all with the freedom to find the best workouts for your lifestyle.
