Clasp your hands behind your lower back, with the palms facing up and pull down. Gently put your left ear to left shoulder and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat this on the other side.
Wrap your right hand behind your back and aim to have the fingers reaching around the opposite side. Gently drop your left ear to left shoulder and hold this position for 15 seconds. Try to pull the shoulders down as your head pulls to the opposite side for a deeper stretch. Repeat this on the other side by wrapping your left hand behind your back and gently dropping the right ear to the right shoulder.
Put your hands behind your head and gently drop your chin to your chest and hug the head towards your navel. The elbows will drop towards each other as you drop your chin. Try to keep standing tall in the spine as you drop the head and gently apply some pressure to the head with the hands.
