½ cup of almond flour
½ cup of coconut flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
½ cup of brown sugar
½ cup of vanilla yoghurt (suggestion to use fat free Greek if possible)
1 ¼ spoons of vanilla extract
½ cup of grated carrots
1/3 cup of crushed pineapple
¼ cup of chopped pecans
¼ cup of raisins (optional)
